Halbe has 15+ years of experience building and leading non-profits and small-businesses, specifically in fundraising strategy, people and enterprise operations. In her career, she's successfully built high performing teams, streamlined infrastructure to increase efficiency and led fundraising efforts including raising $110M for a large institution.
